Brittany awarded NIH diversity supplement

Brittany received a two-year NIH Diversity Supplement through the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD) in December 2023. The grant supports continued research using the technique of chronic in vivo two-photon laser scanning microscopy paired with genetic sparse labeling of taste receptor cells and gustatory neurons to evaluate cellular movements of taste receptor cells and plasticity of the receptive arbors of gustatory.
